Kenton laminar flow cabinet SWZ-1 adopts a split design for easy transportation. Vertical air supply mode, front door baffle and control instrument switch panel design, the operation status display is intuitive, clear, concise and easy to understand.

The filter adopts two types of primary and high-efficiency filtration. Primary efficiency filtration of ordinary dust particles, high-efficiency filtration ≥ 0.5um dust particles, can make the cleanliness of the work area reach Class 100, the efficiency reaches 99.99%, the wind speed is adjustable in three levels, and the noise is small. The overall structure of the SWZ-1 purification workbench is made of cold-rolled steel plates and steel pipes. The surface of the purification workbench adopts spraying technology, which is beautiful in appearance.

The operating table is made of stainless steel, which is sturdy, durable and easy to clean. The new improvement has an ergonomic tilting design, which makes the operation more comfortable. It is equipped with a foldable plexiglass front door, which can be fully covered when not in use to reduce dust from entering the studio.
Tips: There are cheap clean benches on the market that use wood boards wrapped with aluminum-plastic boards. Wood boards are susceptible to moisture, mold, and deformation, which affects the purification effect.

Some are equipped with small fans and small filters to save costs, resulting in insufficient wind pressure. The table can reach the purification level when it is unloaded, but when instruments or experimental items are placed on the work surface, the dust is easy to flow back to the work area due to the low wind pressure, and the purification level does not meet the standard.
