Kenton Shaking Incubator Upgrade and Optimization

In response to market demand, our company has upgraded the BS Shaking Incubator and HNY Shaking Incubator to better support research and laboratory work in various fields, including universities, petrochemical, public health and epidemic prevention, medical, and environmental monitoring sectors.

1. New Upgrades to the BS Shaking Incubator:

  1. Triple-integrated Single-axis Drive Balance System: This technology, combined with an enhanced, thickened baseplate, significantly improves the stability during the equipment's oscillating operation.
  2. Oscillation Frequency Range 30-300r/min: The vibration amplitude is increased to Ø26mm, with an option to select Ø50mm, providing more effective oscillation for applications such as bacterial culture, cell growth, and protein extraction.
  3. DC Brushless Motor Design: Features wide-speed adjustments and brushless, maintenance-free operation, further enhancing the long-term stability of the equipment.
  4. Microcomputer Intelligent PID LCD Temperature Controller: Features high-precision temperature control with ±0.1°C accuracy, along with timing, over-temperature alarms, and new functions like motor overheat protection and shaking frame vibration stop when the door is open. Includes RS485 interface for computer network control, improving experimental data management and remote monitoring.
  5. Power-off Recovery Function: In case of sudden power loss, the equipment will automatically restore the original settings once power is back.
  6. Smooth Start-up Control Circuit: Ensures the shaker gradually starts up and accelerates smoothly, protecting the experimental samples.
  7. Multi-purpose Oxygen Supplement Hole: Can also be used as a test hole. The box is equipped with a new type of leveling support feet and wheels.
  8. Universal Spring Test Tube Rack: Optional adhesive board, especially suitable for cultivating and preparing biological samples for comparative experiments.
  9. Infinitely Adjustable Speed: Stable operation, easy and safe operation. The interior is made of stainless steel, resistant to corrosion.
  10. Tempered Glass Door: Equipped with interior lighting for easy observation of the samples, and a UV sterilization lamp to avoid cross-contamination of experimental samples.
  11. Forced Air Convection: Ensures uniform temperature and constant temperature effect.

2. Professional-level Upgrades to the HNY Shaking Incubator:

  1. Drive Motor Upgrade to Servo Motor: Provides extremely low energy consumption and noise, offering superior features like constant torque and constant speed compared to the DC motor.
  2. Lower Triple-integrated Drive Balance Technology: The lower axis height provides greater stability during oscillation than the BS series.
  3. SUS304 Stainless Steel Interior: More corrosion-resistant, with control instruments integrated into the external door design.
  4. Upgraded Intelligent Touch Control Screen: In addition to all functions of the BS series, this also includes a USB interface for data storage.
